Eusebi Group

Eusebi Impianti S.r.l. was awarded with a price as the second best Company in Marche Region for its Balance Sheet of the year 2010, within an event organized by the Universities of Urbino, Ancona and Macerata, “Bilanci di Marca 2011”. The Companies awarded resulted the best firms for the drafting of their Balance Sheets in conformity with Italian and International accounting principles.

The price was collected by Mr. Emiliano Eusebi, International Sales Manager.

Eusebi Group, through its Russian joint-venture OOO Plamya E1 has been awarded with a contract (approximate value of 6 millions of dollars USD) for the design, supply and installation of a nebulised water EI Mist system to protect Ostankino Tower in Moscow, the tallest in Europe and among the five tallest in the world thanks to its height of 540 metres, which suffered a terrible fire on August 2000.

The Russian Minister of Communication decided to rely upon the excellent binomial formed by the Italian firm Eusebi Impianti S.r.l., the parent company of Eusebi Group, which will be responsible of the design, engineering and technical aspect of the project, and its Russian joint-venture OOO Plamya E1, long experienced and diffusely present in the territory, which will be responsible for the installation of the systems.

Eusebi Group was selected among the three most important and technologically advanced players of the fire protection field. The project represents both a challenge for design and technological aspects and for time of execution of the works: Russian authorities aim to finalize the Tower’s enforcement of security by the end of February of 2012.

Eusebi Impianti, through its Kazak branch TOO JV Eusebi Impianti Kazakhstan, has been awarded by Agip KCO (Agip Kazakhstan North Caspian Operating Company N.V.) with two contracts, for an overall value of 4,3 millions of euro, for the supply of security devices and equipment for the security of a series of barge belonging to the Kashagan project platform, still under construction.

The project’s aim is to realize and put into service an oil platform in order to exploit the huge resources of oilfield of Kashagan, in the northen Caspian sea, 80 Km south-eastern than Atyrau, Kazakhstan.

Agip KCO commissioned Eusebi Kazakhstan specifically with transport and delivery up to the final destination of the goods.

Eusebi was awarded with the contracts because of the high quality of the material offered combined to e rapid delivery of the goods.

Eusebi Impianti S.r.l. is pleased to communicate its participation to the new event organized by the Italian association Associazione Prevenzione Incendi Italia, which will take place on the 3^rd November in Rome, at Best Western Hotel Universo, from 10.00 to 18.30

The Forum will deal with an investigation on, and explanation of, the main norms and rules regulating the fire fighting market. Eng. Massimo Ferretti, technical – sales expertise from Eusebi Impianti Marine and Off-Shore Division, is going to speak about High Pressure Water Mist System as an alternative solution for usage in critical civil applications.

On the 12th October Eusebi Impianti has participated to the meeting organized by IWMA (International Water Mist Association), along with the other members of the Association, held at Hotel Hafen in Hamburg. During the subsequent conference, Eusebi described the peculiarities of the application of its nebulised water EI-Mist® system for earthquake proof applications.

Last Saturday, 15th October, Eusebi Impianti S.r.l. has been presented as main sponsor of U.S. ANCONA 1905, the main football team of the city of Ancona.

The main local and regional media attended the presentation, which was held at Eusebi Impianti headquarter.

Eusebi Impianti is pleased to communicate its contribution to the important exposition organized by the Engineering Faculty of Genoa University and by the Italian Navy. The exhibition will illustrate the development of naval engineering and construction in Italy during the last 140 years, since the Engineering Faculty was born. The opening of the exhibition will take place on the 19th November 2011, at La Spezia naval dockyard. Many important Italian company are contributing to the event, patronized both by La Spezia City Council and Province.

Eusebi Group, which has always played an active role in people’straining and scientific research, will host a university seminar at its headquarter in Ancona, on the 11th October. The seminar, organized by the Business Faculty of Polytechnic University of Marche, is part of a course about Business Groups Economy, and will deal with Eusebi Group birth and expansion all over the world during these years. The students will also visit the Group’s headquarter.
